In this subdomain : www.js.ics-php.com ( for our purposes it can be considered as a Domain ) ,
we host a few users that have the following http - output : www.js.ics-php.com/user/
Let's consider then the new user : "pinco" (...that we want to add),
he will have the following http-visibility : www.js.ics-php.com/pinco/
UserName→ pinco:pallino ←Password
His ftp-address will be : ftp://js/ics-php.com/../../var/www/html/pinco
1) ics-root holds permission Chmod status on folder html with all permissions given to Owner & Other
   ...while to Group is only given execute permission
2) create a new user (pinco:pallino) -  in the Server Control Panel
   ... this procedure was made for all ics-users also for ics-root
3) access for example with WS_FTP LE as pinco:pallino and set the starting up directories , then exit.
4) access-as-ics-root and give the permission to create folder pinco by giving all permession on folder html , then exit.
5) access as pinco and create pinco (as pinco) and take all permissions off to Group and exit.
6) re-access as ics-root and take off read & write  permissions on folder html
   ...you have in this way re-estabilished the initial settings that is the work-setting of your Domain described at point 1 above.
7) pinco can now publish in his folder  ...the only one that is allowed to publish in folder html 1st level is ics-root
   .......everyone is forced to set all his stuff into his own folder only and cannot access other folders than just his own.
